Our products and technology development are mostly customized through understanding of customer's requirements. We develop water-based, non-flammable products with low cost of ownership and easy process controls.

Equipment & User-Friendly

Capability to design the product based on customers' process and equipment, mostly without any equipment modification. Due to low corrosiveness characteristics of our products, it is safer to handle, store and transport.

C-SAM (Confocal Scanning Acoustic Microscope)

  • Non-destructive analysis — utilizes ultrasonic waves to obtain images of internal voids and cracks in materials such as semiconductor packages and electronic components
  • Versatile range of probes — from low to high frequencies and from short to long focal length, ranging from 15 MHz to 75 MHz
