With successful application of selective reaction mechanism, we enabled breakthrough innovations such as uniform high-speed copper bumping, delamination solution, enhanced yield in wire bonding, Wettable Flanks for Automotive Leadless Packages. Our products are water-based, non-flammable and low corrosive resulting in processes with simple control and easy waste treatment.
We offer a full range of products for high-speed copper bumping, flux wash, deflashing, pre-treatment, tin plating, nickel plating, copper plating, post-treatment, wettable flank, etc. with outstanding quality, higher yield and longer bath life.
